Win to Host a Four Hands Dinner with Milena Marcinowska

On 25 and 26 September, Win will host a two-night four hands dinner bringing together its chef Mateusz Karkoszka and Milena Marcinowska, Head Baker at Coffee Collective in Copenhagen.

Two chefs, two different culinary backgrounds and one common starting point – grain. Mateusz Karkoszka will be joined by Milena Marcinowska, whose work at Coffee Collective focuses on bread, flour and grains.

Together, they have created a one-off menu built around grains and their different forms, textures and flavours, exclusively for these two evenings.

The menu includes milk bun with whipped brown butter, smørrebrød with herring, Warsaw bean with charred leek and gremolata, open lasagne with oxtail and mushroom ragù and chervil, cod choux farci with butter sauce and buckwheat popcorn, and raspberry karpatka.

The menu will be available both as a set menu and à la carte.
