Founded and edited by a food journalist with more than a decade of experience in restaurant media, magazines and digital publishing, Black Guide delivers honest, independent and engaging coverage of restaurants, chefs and contemporary gastronomy.

All restaurant reviews and criticism are based on anonymous visits. Meals are always paid for and never exchanged for coverage. Reviews are never published solely on the basis of invitations or press events.
