Wilcza 43 Introduces a New Menu by Igor Zawodny

A special four-course menu with Italian and Polish influences, available at particularly friendly prices until 4 October.

Warsaw restaurant Wilcza 43 has introduced a new guest menu by food blogger and influencer Igor Zawodny, titled “Z ziemi włoskiej do Polski”. The menu brings together Italian and Polish references across four dishes and will be available until 4 October.

The menu includes:

Mizeria alla burrata – cucumber, granita and burrata – 29 zł

Asparagus bean cacio e pepe – asparagus beans, pecorino and pangrattato – 29 zł

Gołąbki alla Bolognese – rice, meat, tomatoes and cabbage – 39 zł

‍Cornetto ice cream – ice cream and cornetto – 26 zł

The menu plays with familiar Polish dishes and Italian techniques and combinations. The cucumber-and-burrata dish takes its starting point from mizeria, while the gołąbki alla Bolognese combine the Polish cabbage-roll tradition with the flavours of ragù.

Zawodny’s menu is available at Wilcza 43 from Tuesday to Sunday, 15:00–22:00, until 4 October.
