The Garrison restaurant has opened at Mariensztat 8

A new restaurant called The Garrison has opened at Mariensztat 8, somehow managing to combine fine dining with the vibes of 1930s Britain

The menu is described as modern Polish fine dining, featuring dishes such as zucchini blossom with twaróg (74 PLN), sturgeon with leek (155 PLN) or dry-aged duck (115 PLN), alongside tasting menus priced at 420 PLN. At the same time, the interior feels much closer to a pub, while the restaurant’s Instagram aesthetic draws inspiration from everything from Peaky Blinders to Prohibition-era America

The kitchen is led by chef Łukasz Waluś, who previously worked at Kuk.
