Świeżo Specialty Coffee Shop and Bakery Opens on Bracka

A new specialty coffee shop and bakery, Świeżo, is opening at Bracka 5, focusing on specialty coffee, fresh artisan bread and baked goods for the local neighbourhood.

The opening weekend is set for 19–20 September. The bakery will offer everyday wheat, wheat-rye, spelt and rye breads, alongside more unusual versions with olives and tomatoes, cheddar, gorgonzola or coriander. There will also be baguettes, ciabatta and gluten-free buckwheat bread.

The sweet selection includes butter and almond croissants, cardamom buns, cinnamon rolls, poppy-seed pastries and yeast pastries with seasonal fillings.

There will also be sandwiches, including Caesar with prosciutto, a vegetarian version with pesto and yellow cheese, and shredded pork with beetroot.
