Supperbar by the Team Behind Supperlardo Opens Today in Warsaw's Żoliborz

A new wine and beer bar, Supperbar, is preparing to open in the space previously occupied by Kwadratowy Pies. (The group's original Kwadratowy Pies on Chmielna Street will continue operating.) Like its predecessor, the new venue is part of the Supperlardo hospitality group.

The project centres on an approachable wine programme built around a list of 69 wines priced below €69 (300 zł).

Bottles will start at 119 zł, while glasses will be available from 25 zł. The selection focuses on clean, low-intervention wines from Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Greece, alongside a number of off-menu bottles. Wine will be served in handmade Austrian Zalto glassware.

Beer will be available on draught, from large-format bottles and as classic labels including Birra Moretti and Corona. The drinks list will also include non-alcoholic options such as sparkling tea from La Maison Tea Royal.

Food is intended to complement rather than define the concept.

Described by the team as «fast food done slow», the menu will focus on dishes designed to be eaten by hand, including hot dogs, sliders and small plates.

Buns will be baked at Supperlardo, sausages will be imported from Austria, and the menu will place a strong emphasis on meat while still offering vegetarian options

Supperbar

Opening hours: Thu–Fri 12 pm–10 pm, Sat 11 am–10 pm, Sun 11 am–8 pm.

Address: Adama Mickiewicza 21, Żoliborz
