Stille Opens on Konopacka

A new café and bakery, Stille, has opened at Konopacka 12, serving all-day breakfast alongside house-made pastries and specialty coffee.

The menu includes both sweet and savoury options, from syrniki with crème brûlée, crème anglaise and berries to French toast with ice cream and strawberry preserve. Savoury options include rye bread with salmon, cream cheese, egg and avocado, as well as brioche with turkey or mushrooms. There are also croissants with ham and cheese or salmon, plus salads and breakfast plates.

The team makes its own croissants with sweet and savoury fillings, while desserts are prepared in-house. The menu is still developing, with plans to add more house-made pastries such as sweet yeast buns, rolls and baked pierogi, as well as seasonal dishes.

Coffee is based on specialty beans, with the team regularly changing the lots. The drinks menu includes espresso, batch brew, americano, flat white, cappuccino, latte and iced coffee.
