Star Wine List Updates Poland Guide for 2026

Warsaw's Wandal, Musa, Supperlardo and Win are among the new additions to this year's selection.

Star Wine List has published the 2026 update of its Poland guide, expanding its selection of restaurants and wine bars recognised for their wine programmes.

Among this year's new entries are four Warsaw venues: Wandal, Musa, Supperlardo and Win wine bar&shop. The updated guide also adds Pijalni and Odré in Wrocław, Brut Bistro in Trójmiasto, Kropka, Amarylis and Folga in Kraków, and Winnowiercy in Poznań.

The Polish selection is curated by sommelier Norbert Dudziński, who serves as Star Wine List's ambassador in Poland.

Founded in Sweden, Star Wine List is an international guide highlighting restaurants and wine bars with notable wine programmes. It also organises the annual Star Wine List of the Year awards, recognising outstanding wine lists around the world.
