Splendido Opens at Towarowa 22

The new 500 m² Italian restaurant opens today at Towarowa 22 complex, bringing together Italian classics, disco-inspired interiors and a concept that seems just as eager to host parties as it is to serve dinner.

Splendido opens its doors today at Towarowa22, joining the growing list of restaurants in Warsaw's newest dining hub. Spread across more than 500 square metres, the space is divided into separate daytime and evening zones.

The concept looks to the golden years of Italian dolce vita and the country's disco scene of the 1970s and 1980s. Expect theatrical interiors, a dedicated DJ booth and a giant disco ball — subtlety was clearly never part of the brief.

On the menu is a broad selection of Italian staples, from antipasti and carpaccio to seafood, Neapolitan-style pizzas, fresh pasta, risotto, grilled fish and meat, followed by classics including tiramisu, panna cotta and affogato.

The restaurant's website also gives plenty of space to private parties, corporate functions and full venue hire, making it clear from day one that Splendido is aiming to be booked for far more than dinner. And Italian Disco Nights with DJs are already listed among the venue's regular events.
