Sole! Powiśle to Host a Two-Day Pop-Up by Amam Klub

Pizzeria Sole is wrapping up the summer with a two-day pop-up together with Anita Rudnicka and Maja Padzik, founders of Amam Klub, a private supper club. They will spend the weekend at the pizzeria, serving snacks, desserts and a special menu built around two of the season’s best ingredients – corn and ripe tomatoes.

The menu includes Pizza 3x Tomato with San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, spicy salami, roasted tomatoes, chilli honey and Parmesan; Pizza Elote with potato and corn purée, raclette, pickled jalapeño, grilled corn, coriander, crème fraîche, popcorn and lime; and a stuffed tomato with manouri, labneh, pesto and green oil.

There will also be corn pasta with smoked cottage cheese, grilled corn and zucchini, pine nuts, fresh and fried herbs and herb dressing, plus tomato-juice focaccia with whipped butter and charred corn.

The pop-up will also feature two special desserts, alongside cocktails built around corn and tomatoes.
