Senator opens at Warsaw Financial Center

Senator has opened on the seventh floor of Warsaw Financial Center – a new restaurant overlooking central Warsaw, featuring a summer terrace and a concept that brings together four different culinary directions. The project comes from the owners of Canoe and Inspector. Senator's approach to positioning, to put it mildly, continues the tradition of its predecessors – at least when it comes to scale.

Senator occupies 1,200 square metres, including a 200-square-metre terrace overlooking the Palace of Culture and Science and central Warsaw. The venue also includes a private events space and a covered car park with 550 parking spaces.

The interior, which took more than a year to complete, features natural stone, wood, glass, leather, and brass. Among the details are olive trees more than 200 years old, imported from Spain, Spanish porcelain, and an almost unbelievable level of attention to the restrooms, stocked with perfume, hand cream, and seemingly everything short of toothbrushes.

The restaurant's culinary concept combines four directions – French, European, creative contemporary, and Japanese cuisine. Each is led by a different chef: Oleg Bilyi, Stanislav Slavashevych, Vadym Kostenko, and Oskar Bajar. The menu includes breakfasts, seafood, sushi and sashimi, signature desserts created by the in-house pastry team, and a dedicated cocktail menu.

The restaurant's soft opening took place on 9 July, while the official grand opening is scheduled for 25 July.

Address: Emilii Plater 53, 7th floor.
