Seiryū to Open on Solec

A new Asian fusion restaurant with two floors of space and a menu drawing on Japanese and wider Asian influences.

The restaurant will open on 19 September at Solec 46A, in the space between Murena and BrainFarm.

The name Seiryū (清流) means “clear stream” in Japanese – an idea that the team says inspired the restaurant and its approach. Seiryū describes itself as a concept where authentic Asian flavours meet simplicity and harmony.

The restaurant will occupy two floors, with an interior built around wood, stone and minimalist Japanese-inspired details.

The menu ranges from udon to more creative combinations such as tempura eggplant with bonito flakes, alongside other dishes drawing on Japanese and wider Asian flavours and techniques.
