Secret Tomato Dinner to Take Place on an Island in the Middle of the Vistula

Fajny Tajny Klub Kolacyjny is hosting its final dinner of the season on 30 August, taking guests to a small island in the middle of the Vistula for an evening dedicated to tomatoes. The five-course dinner will be prepared by Jan Kilański, formerly chef at Brut.

As with the club’s other dinners, only the theme is announced in advance. The exact dishes will be revealed during the dinner itself, with this edition focused on tomatoes and seasonal summer produce.

The evening will start with an aperitivo and sparkling wine during the boat ride to the island. Once there, Jan Kilański will prepare the dinner using live fire lit on the island, with the evening continuing around the fire and bonfire.

Fajny Tajny Klub Kolacyjny was founded on Saska Kępa and now organises thematic dinners in different spaces around Warsaw. The meetings take place in a small group of club members, with each event built around a different theme. The club also occasionally invites other chefs to create its menus, alongside its regular hosts.

The 30 August dinner will be the club’s final island dinner of the season.

The event runs from 17:30 to 21:00, with the full package priced at 420 zł per person.
