Rondo Bagel Opens on Dobra

Rondo Bagel has opened on Dobra 15, bringing creative bagel combinations to the menu alongside coffee and a selection of zero-alcohol drinks.

The most affordable option is Bagel N Butta with a selection of pickles, butter and salt for 15 zł. More elaborate combinations include Morning After with scrambled eggs, dried egg yolk and chives, while Tomato Blues pairs blue cream cheese with confit tomatoes, thyme and lemon zest.

The Fjord comes with cream cheese, house gravlax, pickled lemon with jalapeño and dill. Root & Roast combines cream cheese, cheddar, pickled cucumber, rocket, roast beef, apple chutney and horseradish. A separate Mussel Club option comes with ricotta, mussels, butter emulsion, harissa and mint.

The zero-alcohol selection focuses on well-known alternatives to traditional drinks, including Copenhagen Sparkling Tea, Feral and Muri. 

The drinks menu also features a solid selection of coffee, including espresso, americano, cappuccino, flat white, brew and espresso tonic, as well as kombucha, fresh juices and seasonal lemonades.

There is just one dessert option – but it’s a classic: tiramisu.
