Rita Fumé to Host a Guest Shift with Artur Ogrodziński
Artur Ogrodziński, a longtime sous chef at Warsaw’s Dyletanci, has prepared a three-course menu built around chicken Vin Jaune, one of the classic dishes of the region. The main course pairs French corn-fed poularde with shallot and fried porcini mushrooms, while the rest of the menu moves from pumpkin, dried tomatoes and curry to plum, brown cheese and buttery crumble.

Meanwhile, Norbert Dudziński will open a selection of wines by the glass specially for the occasion, including a Jura wine from Cellier Saint Benoit in the ouillé style, made from the Les Charlots single vineyard, a single-vineyard Champagne from La Rogerie, and a Pouilly-Fuissé aged for 35 months by Domaine Robert-Denogent.
Menu:
Pumpkin / dried tomatoes / curry
Chicken Vin Jaune, French corn-fed poularde / shallot / fried porcini mushrooms
Plum / brown cheese / buttery crumble
The three-course menu will cost 180 PLN per person.

2–3 October from 4pm until late – Rita Fumé, Krochmalna 56/U2, Warsaw
