Nomad Opens in Port Praski

First announced back in November 2025, Nomad officially opens on 3 August in Port Praski. Owners Anna Borrasi and Philippe Rusin conceived the restaurant as a culinary journey across Europe and Asia, drawing inspiration from the cuisines of France, Italy, Poland, Scandinavia and, above all, Thailand, where they spent twelve years travelling.

The menu ranges from familiar breakfasts – including a Scandinavian-style plate with smoked salmon and cottage cheese, eggs Benedict and shakshuka – to more unusual dishes such as chilled watermelon soup, fish tacos, turmeric tabbouleh and Thai street food. There is also room for steaks, pizza, pasta, risotto and tiramisu. Add a seasonal approach, a farm-to-table philosophy and a menu that will be updated regularly, and, at least on paper, Nomad looks like a solid all-day option for local residents.

Another highlight is the terrace overlooking the Kanały Portu Praskiego, with plenty of greenery and even a view of part of the National Stadium – an unusually scenic setting for this part of Warsaw.
