It seems Musa is doing everything it can to become Warsaw’s leading destination for international guest chefs and gastronomic residencies. This time, the restaurant is bringing John Javier, executive chef of London’s Caia, to Warsaw with a special menu built around his contemporary interpretation of Chinese cuisine.

Before joining Caia, Javier worked at Master in Sydney and Happy Paradise in Hong Kong. His cooking combines traditional Chinese techniques with a modern approach and a strong focus on ingredients – a style that has helped make Caia one of the standout restaurant projects in London’s Notting Hill in recent years.

During the pop-up, guests will be able to try a special menu featuring Caia’s signature dishes. It will also be the first opportunity to experience John Javier’s cuisine in Poland.

For Musa Bar, the event accomplishes three important things at once: it continues the restaurant’s tradition of international gastronomic collaborations (still a rarity in Warsaw), gives people a great reason to visit the restaurant, and provides a fitting way to celebrate its second anniversary.

The celebrations will continue on 12 July, when Musa Bar will mark its birthday with an open event featuring live music, gelato, and wine.

The pop-up will take place on 10 and 11 July from 4:00 pm. Table reservations are available by phone only.
