Mimo by BBQ Bar to Close After This Weekend

The Tex-Mex street food spot will serve its final dishes on 27 September before closing its doors at Hoża.

Unfortunately, Mimo’s time in Warsaw will be a short one. Opened in February, the spot brought Tex-Mex comfort food inspired by the street food of Texas and Mexico. The menu was built around pastrami sandwiches, tacos with pork, BBQ chicken or beef birria, as well as vegetarian options.

The last day is today, with the team selling what is left of the final preparations.

So if Mimo was still on the list of places to try, this is pretty much the last call – and perhaps a chance to mark the end of the project with the people behind it.

The Hoża location is closing, although the project may return somewhere else in the future. For now, the BBQ Bar team continues its original project at Puławska 406, so the story doesn’t quite end here.
