Dom Otwarty Gets a New Head Chef, Iryna Fomina

Iryna Fomina is now leading the kitchen at Dom Otwarty. According to the restaurant, she brings extensive experience, creativity and a strong interest in Moroccan cuisine, having already mastered many of its flavours.

Among the dishes now available on the new menu are hummus with roasted grapes and sumac, roasted leek with labneh and muhammara, and chicken pastilla with saffron, garlic, almonds, butter and honey.

Alongside the new chef, the main figures at Dom Otwarty remain its owners.  Ali, who comes from Morocco, brings his knowledge of Moroccan cuisine and culture, while his Polish wife Marzena takes care of the hospitality and the warm, homely atmosphere
