Champagne Supernova to Take Place at Win Wine Bar

Win will host Champagne Supernova on 19 September – an evening dedicated to contemporary Champagne and a new generation of grower producers.

The event focuses on the changes taking place in Champagne, where a growing number of producers are putting more emphasis on terroir, individual parcels and their own styles rather than working within a more uniform regional model. Supernova brings this approach to the glass, with a selection of Champagnes from different growers being opened throughout the evening.

A number of the wines will be available by the glass specifically for the event, making it possible to taste different producers, cuvées and expressions of Champagne without the evening following the structure of a traditional tasting or masterclass. The wines will be served alongside Win's regular service, with music and a seasonal food menu.

The evening's special guest will be Norbert Dudziński from Rita Fumé, Win's Champagne partner. He will join the team during service, with the programme also giving space for conversations about the wines, producers and individual bottles.

The food offering will be based on a seasonal à la carte menu by Win's chef, Mateusz Karkoszka, alongside specials prepared specifically for Supernova.
