Blisko Bar to Host No Fixed Kitchen Pop-Up Residency
On 18 and 19 July, the kitchen at Blisko Bar will be taken over by Irish chef Tom Murray and Hungarian chef Dávid Jakabos, who are currently travelling the world with their No Fixed Kitchen project.
If there is a short way to describe No Fixed Kitchen, it's gastronomic hardcore with no rules. The chefs are making their way across three continents and 11 cities – from Paris and Lisbon to Shanghai and New York – cooking for one or two days in the kitchens of partner restaurants along the way.

In Warsaw, Tom and Dávid will bring their pop-up dinners to Blisko Bar, which recently – and very deservedly – received a Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction.
The No Fixed Kitchen dinners will take place on 18 and 19 July 2026. Table reservations are available via Blisko Bar's Instagram DMs.
