Bibenda to Host a Three-Day Pop-Up with Warsaw Food Creator Rozkoszny

Five dishes created by Rozkoszny will be served at Bibenda from 24 to 26 July

For one weekend only, Bibenda will hand over its menu to Warsaw food creator Rozkoszny, who has developed a five-dish pop-up built around his newly launched seasoning blends.

The collaboration will run from 24 to 26 July, with service from noon until midnight.

The menu includes chilled peach gazpacho with charred morels, stracciatella and crispy chilli oil; young potatoes with green Caesar sauce; glazed cabbage finished with honey harissa; umami udon with butter-fried shiitake mushrooms, egg yolk and truffle seasoning; and gnocchi with fermented lemon, broad beans and za'atar. Dessert comes in the form of panna cotta served with gooseberry granita and elderflower syrup.

The event also has a charitable element. 4 zł from every dish sold will be donated to the Food Bank (Bank Żywności) as part of the collaboration between Rozkoszny and Kamis seasonings.
