Baken to Open Its Third Location on Filtrowa

A third Baken is coming to Ochota – one of Warsaw’s best-known breakfast (and not only) spots is set to open right by Plac Narutowicza.

As usual for the format, expect Danish-style breakfasts, with an emphasis on simplicity, restraint and good-quality ingredients.

The bread is made in-house, artisanal and sourdough; the cheese and butter come from local farmers, while the eggs are from free-range hens. Every morning, these ingredients go into straightforward but very well-executed dishes – chamskie tosty with Emmental cheese and farm ham, seasonal toasts, and the main local speciality, the «Copenhagen plate» with airy whipped butter, organic Gouda, a soft-boiled egg and fruit confit.

Baken will also have a separate evening menu, with a more restaurant-style focus on wine and food pairing, including biodynamic wines, pét-nats and orange wines.

The opening is expected by the end of the summer – by 22 September 2026. The address is 66 Filtrowa Street.
