A Canelé Pop-Up by Piotr Komorski to Take Place at Mała Kawiarnia

Piotr Komorski, currently sous chef at Nów, will run the two pop-ups at Mała Kawiarnia over consecutive weeks. He has previously worked in kitchens in Wrocław, Copenhagen and Munich, while in Warsaw his canelés could already be tried at Epicurean Bistro&Deli, where he was part of the opening team as chef.

The pop-ups will focus on canelés de Bordeaux, with classic canelés alongside a version filled with sanshō pepper cream.

All proceeds from the canelé sales will go to the Razem Foundation for Psychological and Social Education.
